Who We Want
Arrive Logistics is a third party logistics company undergoing rapid growth and a technological transformation, and is in need of support for its RFP Pricing Team. The Pricing Analyst position will be an opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with the Business Development team in accomplishing effective, reliable, Contractual Pricing that the company can stand behind. We are looking for those that possess an analytical mind as well as a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, and a desire to make an impact. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze internal and external market data and trends to execute customer Requests For Partial Pricing.
  • Deliver a quality product from start to finish, including: Pricing, Formatting, Quality Control, Submission and the storage of RFP's.
  • Assist the Business Development team in developing & executing strategies that the Biz Dev team can deliver to their customers
  • Work with the Business Development team to gather and record feedback on all submitted RFP's
  • Collaborate with other departments in the organization to provide solutions for customers during the RFP process.
  • Field concerns related to the RFP Process from the Business Development team and how to best navigate towards solutions.
  • Collaborate with Pricing management on projects and strong ability to execute on direction
  • Give detailed summary of work to supervisor
  • Detailed recommendations for solutions to benefit customers and Arrive.
  • Communicate Ideas and recommendations to improve technology and work inefficiencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Very organized and detail oriented approach to work
  • 3 years of industry experience, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL, preferred
  • Pricing experience preferred
  • Analyst experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of truckload freight markets is preferred

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 OTE, plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
