As we continue to grow, we?re looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and drive strategic marketing initiatives that support both sides of our business.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, brand growth, and lead generation?especially in the construction or B2B services space. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage everything from SEO/SEM strategy to email campaigns, podcast production, and website management. You?ll work closely with our Business Development team to generate leads that convert into real projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads for our Business Development team, targeting both GC and PM opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns and automation workflows to nurture prospects and engage clients.
  • Content & Brand Strategy: Create and oversee content that supports brand growth, including case studies, blog posts, and social media.
  • Podcast Production: Plan, produce, and promote a branded podcast that highlights industry insights, client stories, and CDO thought leadership.
  • Website Management: Oversee updates, UX improvements, and performance tracking for the company website.
  • Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report on ROI to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or B2B services.
  • Proven success in lead generation and digital campaign management.
  • Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Experience managing or producing a podcast is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in website management (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Oak Park, IL office.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with construction industry marketing.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring and marketing automation tools.
