Job description

Join Intuit as a Staff Business Systems Analyst in Customer Success Modern Operations. Intuit's Customer Success team is transforming the industry with a suite of high-touch professional services powered by data-driven, technology-led operations and a distributed professional workforce. 

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Staff Business Systems Analyst to support a two-sided professional network at scale. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for tackling complex business problems and driving new innovations with end-to-end accountability to ensure that we execute with quality. You will engage senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization, consistently show a bias for action driving execution and above all, delivering delightful experiences to our customers.


You will have the opportunity to help lead Intuit in its transformation to industry-leading service operations technologies and platforms. 


Responsibilities

Collaborates with a team of top engineers, designers, product managers, analysts and Customer Success business partners to define and enable long term capability strategies that align with Intuit's strategic goals. 

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved through process automation, re-engineering, and strategic analysis of business processes; proactively seeks data to build business cases, influences effectively, and presents logically. 

Defines detailed business requirements to deliver on strategic objectives, gathers end user feedback and incorporates into solution design and development. 

Contribute to Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives within the team, supporting the implementation and optimization of processes. 

Drives the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions to address business challenges and enhance operational effectiveness, leveraging and demonstrating AI in day-to-day work to drive efficiencies. 

Moves fluidly between high-level strategy and execution; confident giving a presentation to Sr Leadership as well as running a meeting with users and technical SMEs 

Has an innate curiosity and willingness to dive deep into a complicated platform product, identifies and documents how any underlying system connects, while identifying gaps and automation requirements 

Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Creativity and iteration are key. Drives work with urgency, moves teams forward, leaps over barriers, bridges over gaps and keeps the business moving 

Support the translation of strategic plans into prioritized initiatives and contribute to their execution. 

Demonstrate steady performance and adaptability amidst uncertainty and aggressive deadlines. 


Engages in continuous learning and seeks mentorship to foster high performance and professional growth within the team. 


Qualifications

 Adept at translating complex analysis into actionable business insights, strategically prioritizing, and clearly communicating objectives, plans, status, and results. 

5+ years of experience in operations within a fast-moving technology-driven organization or a quickly evolving supply chain driven organization 

2-3 years of top tier management consulting experience preferred 

 Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles from planning to post-implementation, contributing to problem-solving aligned with business priorities, and a strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 

 Demonstrated ability to understand operating systems holistically and lead the delivery of program portfolios.

Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving) 

Proficiently use analytics tools to identify patterns, translate data into actionable insights, and leverage data to explore innovation and influence stakeholders. 

 Possess experience with AI technologies for process improvement and efficiency gains in BSA processes. Possess advanced knowledge of GenAI technologies and their application to solve business problems. 

Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role 

Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels 


Undergraduate degree in a business, technical, or science discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
