Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling

As a growing company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional service to our clients.

We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter with a broad range of residential construction experience. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day job site activities, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage carpentry work on residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
  • Perform and oversee framing, cabinetry installation, door and window installation, and finish trim work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
