Mr. Rogers Windows is hiring motivated Residential Window & Door Installers who want steady work, strong pay, and clear opportunities to grow. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in craftsmanship, this is a career, not just a job.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install residential windows and doors to company standards
  • Work with a Crew Leader to maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Organize tools, equipment, and company trucks
  • Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures
  • Complete daily tasks as directed by the Installation Manager

Qualifications

  • 1+ year carpentry or residential remodeling experience
  • Window installation experience is a plus, not required
  • Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
  • Metal brake experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
