We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our growing Analytics & Reporting team. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile delivery professional who is passionate about helping cross-functional teams align priorities, improve delivery processes, remove barriers, and consistently deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of analytics initiatives across Clinical Analytics, Operations & Client Success Analytics, Value-Based Care Analytics, and Analytics Engineering. The Scrum Master will serve as a delivery leader, facilitator, and strategic partner, helping teams balance business priorities, stakeholder expectations, technical dependencies, and available capacity.

The Scrum Master is responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent delivery practices across the Analytics & Reporting organization. This role will partner closely with Analytics & Reporting leadership, Product, Clinical, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Data Engineering, and other business and technical stakeholders to:

  • Align priorities across analytics teams and business functions.
  • Facilitate team meetings, Agile ceremonies, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Maintain visibility into project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively identify and elevate delivery risks, capacity constraints, and competing priorities.
  • Communicate weekly project updates to critical Analytics & Reporting stakeholders.
  • Improve delivery consistency, accountability, transparency, and predictability.
  • Support continuous improvement of analytics intake, prioritization, and delivery processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Scrum and Agile delivery expertise with excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills. This individual must be comfortable working across technical and business teams and influencing outcomes without direct management authority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the successful delivery of analytics, reporting, data engineering, and business intelligence initiatives across the Analytics & Reporting organization.
  • Serve as the primary Scrum Master and delivery facilitator supporting Clinical Analytics, Operations & Client Success Analytics, Value-Based Care Analytics, and Analytics Engineering.
  • Lead internal team meetings focused on project updates, delivery status, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, capacity, and upcoming priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Establish clear meeting objectives, agendas, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding commitments.
  • Partner with Analytics & Reporting leadership to align priorities across teams and translate organizational objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions when teams encounter competing stakeholder requests, capacity limitations, cross-functional dependencies, or changing business needs.
  • Develop and communicate weekly project and portfolio updates to critical stakeholders, including accomplishments, current status, upcoming milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions needed, and escalations.
  • Serve as a central coordination point between Analytics & Reporting teams and stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Product, Data Engineering, and other business functions.
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, blockers, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies that may affect delivery timelines or business outcomes.
  • Partner with project owners and team members to develop mitigation plans, resolve barriers, and establish clear paths forward.
  • Escalate unresolved risks, priority conflicts, delivery concerns, or resource constraints to the appropriate leaders with clear context, business impact, and recommended next steps.
  • Track escalated issues through resolution and communicate decisions and outcomes to affected teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility into active projects, analytics requests, committed deliverables, backlog items, delivery dates, ownership, and project health.
  • Promote consistent use of Jira to manage epics, stories, tasks, priorities, milestones, statuses, owners, due dates, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Partner with analytics leaders and stakeholders to ensure project scope, requirements, success criteria, responsibilities, and delivery expectations are clearly defined.
  • Support the Analytics & Reporting intake and prioritization process by helping ensure new requests are appropriately documented, evaluated, prioritized, assigned, and communicated.
  • Monitor delivery trends and performance indicators, including work in progress, backlog volume and aging, blocked work, milestone completion, sprint commitments, delivery risks, and capacity constraints.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and continuous‑improvement activities that result in specific, measurable, and accountable action plans.
  • Identify recurring causes of delivery delays, rework, unclear ownership, missed expectations, or communication gaps and recommend practical process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, status definitions, meeting structures, governance practices, escalation procedures, and delivery documentation.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, effective backlog management, project transparency, prioritization, and collaborative delivery practices.
  • Help Analytics & Reporting teams balance urgent operational requests with strategic initiatives, recurring deliverables, production support, and committed project work.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, accountable, and solutions‑oriented environment across Analytics & Reporting and its stakeholder groups
How You’ll Strengthen Our Team: Qualifications:
