Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Associate

About the Role
Groth Family Insurance Allstate is seeking a friendly, dependable, and bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in Pasco, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing outstanding service to customers in both English and Spanish.
As a key member of our agency, you will help clients navigate their insurance policies, answer questions, process policy changes, and ensure they receive the exceptional support they deserve. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Licensing is preferred, but candidates who are willing to obtain their insurance license after hire are encouraged to apply. We provide training, support, and assistance throughout the licensing process.
Position Overview
As a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Associate, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping them understand their coverage, manage their policies, and address service-related needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will help ensure all clients receive a high level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage updates

  • Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and insurance processes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better serve clients' insurance needs
  • Support the agency's sales and service efforts through follow-up and customer retention activities
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
