Job description

AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI/ML models, working with large datasets, deploying production-grade applications, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business applications.
  • Build and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines using cloud-native and MLOps best practices.
  • Develop Generative AI, LLM, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics solutions based on business requirements.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, drift, and reliability in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define AI strategies and execution plans.
  • Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production-ready AI applications rapidly using modern AI frameworks and tools.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, security, governance, explainability, and compliance standards are followed.
  • Create technical documentation, model reports, and deployment guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles.
  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or XGBoost.
  • Experience working with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, deep learning, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data engineering workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
