Job description

Apogee Global RMS is looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can turn complex data into actionable intelligence. This person will design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks that support product innovation and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems with data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
  • Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting tools.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategy.
  • Validate model performance and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing AI/ML initiatives across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
