Ceiling Tile Installer โ€” Racine, WI Pay: $20โ€“$35 / hour (DOE) โ€” competitive non-union rates

Weโ€™re hiring an experienced Ceiling Tile Installer to join our team servicing commercial, residential, and light-industrial projects in the Racine, WI area. Reliable, quality-focused installers wanted for full-time, on-site work โ€” new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install suspended ceilings, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid systems, and related components per plans and specifications
  • Measure, cut, fit, and finish ceiling panels and grids to achieve a clean, professional appearance
  • Install metal framing, light fixtures, diffusers, and ceiling-access components as required
  • Read basic blueprints and layout drawings; follow jobsite safety procedures
  • Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to meet project schedules
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy work area; report materials needs and job progress

Qualifications

  • 1+ yearsโ€™ experience installing ceiling tile and grid systems (preference for 3+ years)
  • Proficiency with tape measure, snips, screw guns, box cutters, and power tools used in ceiling work
