Run the day-to-day - Support daily operations, staffing, and site performance to keep everything running strong - every shift, every day.
Build a winning team - Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to create a reliable, high-performing team.
Coach and develop talent - Provide real-time feedback, build skills, and grow future leaders within EL. You develop people - you don't just direct them.
Handle conflict head-on - Address team conflict and culture issues directly and promptly. You don't let problems fester or escalate unnecessarily.
Set the service standard - Deliver fast, friendly, and flawless experiences - every customer, every time.
Drive performance through the numbers - Track daily metrics - sales, labor, inventory, and equipment - and take action to improve results.
Hold the site independently - When the Site Manager is out, you run it - confidently, calmly, and without unnecessary escalation.
Keep the wash at peak performance - Ensure equipment is operational, maintained, and ready to deliver consistent results every day.
