Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Program Manager to join their team.
Summary:
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, manage priorities, monitor risks, and ensure successful delivery of key programs. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex initiatives, facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, and supporting product and operational goals in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate multiple projects and program workstreams
* Support planning, prioritization, and execution of business and technology initiatives
* Track program progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution
* Facilitate communication between business, technical, and leadership teams
* Assist with change management, rollout activities, and stakeholder engagement
* Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong program or project management experience
* Experience working in technology-driven or digital environments
* Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
* Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar)
* Understanding of product development and delivery processes
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity
* Ability to create and interpret reports, dashboards, and program metrics
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
