Why This Role Matters

The Booklets Associate will create and update benefit booklets for clients and their employees, as well as create and update the contracts between GroupSource, carriers, and clients, all within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Calgary office, working 2 days in office and 3 days from home.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Creating and updating benefit booklets and contracts online.
  • Transferring plan design information from one document into a booklet and contract.
  • Uploading current booklets to administrative and claims systems.
  • Punching and binding booklets when required.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Other duties and projects as the organization requires.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Completion of post-secondary education an asset
  • 1-2 years' administrative experience; preferably working with contracts or the legal field
  • Familiarity with CRM and insurance carriers or benefit administration
  • Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe an asset
  • Minimum 50 wpm keyboarding speed

Compensation

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $47,000-$50,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass the comprehensive total rewards package that we proudly offer.
