Emphasizes issue-spotting skills and connects contract law to commercial transactions, employment, and business operations.
  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with contracts curricula and common challenges such as distinguishing UCC from common law rules, understanding the parol evidence rule, and calculating contract damages accurately. Adapts instruction using case analysis, hypothetical fact patterns, and essay writing practice to support first-year law students building foundational contract analysis skills for examinations and bar preparation.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
