Job description

Starting pay rate: $12.00 per Hour
Job Type: Part-Time Contractor (Weekend Shifts)
Job Location: Albuquerque, Rio Rancho
Job Summary
The Table Host is a critical role at all i9 Sports venues; responsible for greeting children, parents, and coaches to the site while also cultivating a positive culture and advocating for the programs. The Table Host also manages the information tent for coach check-ins, merchandise & concession sales, and customer service questions. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down information Tent/Table Equipment in a professional and organized manner
  • Check-in coaches and distribute weekly resources
  • Complete merchandise and concession sales using cash, credit cards, and other digital platforms
  • Answer parent/coach questions and relay concerns to the site manager and through site notes.
  • Advocate company core concepts including Sportsmanship values
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable Transportation to and from the venue workplace
  • At least 2 Years of sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
  • Must have a smartphone with internet capability
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check (required)
