Commercial Construction Manager – Lead Regional Projects for Trinity Constructors


Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will bridge site management and project administration, taking full operational ownership of commercial builds. You will drive financial performance, sub-contractor relations, and site execution for a growing industry leader. Your leadership will directly shape project quality while expanding Trinity's footprint across key markets.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to deliver high-quality commercial projects safely and on time.
  • Direct project budgets and oversee sub-contractor hiring, performance, and management.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to streamline communication and execution.
  • Solve field challenges directly to maintain project alignment and minimize delays.
  • Maintain cost control and track project milestones across active sites.
  • Client mainly in Nashville Metro Area 10% overnight travel


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction management.
  • Proven ability to manage site operations, job budgets, and subcontractor teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience running commercial job sites.
  • Willingness to travel to the Nashville Metro Area 10% overnight travel
  • Develop and manage commercial construction project schedules, using technology to track delays, update timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate schedule impacts clearly with clients.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience performing hybrid Project Manager and Superintendent functions.
  • Deep knowledge of regional commercial construction practices and local trades.
  • Demonstrated history of direct budget management and subcontractor negotiation.
