This is a general job description of a position at Integrity National Corporation (INC) that is open for submission of resumes. SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to ensure the quality control of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of up-to-date general cleaning practices and procedures, as well as experience in Quality Assurance and the NREL Quality Control Plan as outlined in the Subcontract. The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for managing projects, planning, and ensuring the quality of services provided by the custodial staff. The QCM shall possess work experience in process control, quality data analysis, quality auditing, statistical sampling, and subcontractor quality control. The QCM shall have at least two (2) years of relative experience, and shall be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the Contractor's Quality Control Plan.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform Quality Control inspections of cleaning services provided by the custodial staff.
  • Develop and implement Quality Control procedures and protocols.
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Track and analyze data on quality control performance to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Manage and prioritize projects to meet timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage the daily activities of Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the custodial staff follows best practices and protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices, industry trends, and new technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least two years of experience in janitorial or custodial services.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Assurance and the NREL Quality Control Plan as outlined in the Subcontract.
  • Prior experience as a Quality Control Inspector/Technician highly preferred.
  • Prior experience supervising employees highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, and management experience with proven analytical and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
