Summary

We are seeking Installers to join our team at Lawson Home Services. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing home improvement projects that enhance energy efficiency and comfort for our customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping homeowners save money while really enjoying their living spaces.

Responsibilities

Install various home improvement products including insulation, encapsulating crawl spaces, mitigating radon, cleaning & sealing their ducts and several other and several other energy-efficiency solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality installations that meet Lawson standards & customer expectations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment during all installation projects.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding project details and timelines.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installations.
Requirements

Proven experience in one of the trades or related fields is REQUIRED
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
