* Provide senior-level subject matter expertise to the African and Middle Eastern regions, completing complicated or complex analytic and analytic-enabling tasks independently.
* Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the regions, ensuring effective coordination and task execution.
* Support the overall TO Program Manager and serve as the primary technical point of contact for the African and Middle Eastern regions.
* Oversee the day-to-day production and dissemination of all-source intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards, ICD 203/206.
* Support analysis of insurgent/militant organizations, tribal/ethnic socio-cultural dynamics, and counterterrorism.

* Deep regional expertise in the Middle East and Africa (Northern Africa, East Africa/Horn of Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Levant, the Arabian Peninsula, Iraq, and Iran), including counterterrorism and militant/insurgent network analysis.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CDASA-I, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications).
* Arabic, Farsi, or French reading/listening capability (desired).
* Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.).
* Familiarity with Intelligence analytic production systems (e.g., MARS/MIDB).
