What are some common challenges faced by contractors working in Iraq, and how can they be managed effectively?

Contractors in Iraq often encounter challenges such as adapting to unfamiliar cultural norms, working in high-risk security environments, and managing logistical hurdles due to infrastructure limitations. Effective management involves thorough pre-deployment training, adherence to strict safety protocols, and strong communication with both local teams and international support staff. Building cultural awareness and maintaining flexibility are key to navigating daily operations and ensuring project success in this dynamic setting.
