Job description

We are a growing HVAC contracting company specializing in new construction installations, complete system replacements, HVAC redesign projects, service repairs, and preventative maintenance. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, professionalism, and providing energy-efficient comfort solutions for our customers.
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation & Service Technician to join our team. This role is primarily focused on new system installations, equipment replacements, and redesigning existing HVAC systems, while also supporting service and maintenance operations as needed.
Responsibilities
• Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems in new construction and existing buildings.
• Remove and replace outdated HVAC equipment.
• Modify and redesign ductwork and HVAC layouts to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Perform startup, testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues when required.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
• Complete job documentation and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Experience with new construction, retrofits, and system replacement projects.
• Ability to layout and install ductwork and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
