As a member of our team, you will help transform homes and businesses into clean, healthy, and welcoming spaces. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude will help us exceed our clients' expectations and build long-term customer relationships.
We are currently interviewing for multiple Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician positions throughout:
  • Henry County
  • Clayton County
  • Fayette County
  • Spalding County
  • Newton County
Day Shift Requirements
  • Available Monday through Sunday
  • Minimum availability of 2 days per week
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positions available for both W-2 Employees and Independent Contractors
  • Weekend and select weekday positions are also available
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, kitchen and restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
  • Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Safely operate professional cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to company procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and address their cleaning needs.
  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail at every job.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required—paid training is provided.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically able to bend, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
