ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2001 and is a close-knit team of five who are focused on delivering excellent service to every customer we work with. Before becoming an agent, I spent 11 years in Claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong understanding of what customers go through and how important it is to provide real support when it matters most.
Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing and used to run marathons. I come from a big family with four siblings, and fun fact-we're all left-handed. Family and connection are important parts of my life, and that carries over into the way our office operates. I'm also active in the community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and the Colorado Community Church, and I support the local food bank through regular donations. Giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:Tammy Hill - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
