Job description

Commercial Electrical Foreman
We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor expanding our team. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who takes pride in leading crews the right way — on time, on budget, and built to last.
Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and facilities.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and schematics.
  • Run conduit, pull wire, install panels, breakers, lighting, and other commercial systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, safety regulations, and job specifications.
  • Work independently or as part of a small crew under a foreman.
  • Provide guidance to apprentices and helpers on-site.
  • Coordinate with other trades and contractors to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience (schools, offices, retail, industrial, or similar).
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, one-lines, and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations for commercial-grade systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with minimal supervision.
