JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Manager position at Lunar Ecom serves as the main point of contact for clients once they complete onboarding and thereafter. The account manager is responsible for the performance of the client’s e-commerce store(s). Account Managers are expected to work with the in-house team as well as contracted service providers to manage store operations.
