Job description

Job Duties: Self-perform when the situation calls for it. Hire and train Field Supervisors. Teach Field Supervisors how to leverage the signed subcontractor agreement with the contractors in a fashion that drives performance, without upsetting the contractor.

Assist with training of sub-contractors with Case FMS app and SC provider app. Conduct site visits and inspections, with an emphasis on finding out of scope areas of opportunity. Develop rapport with location managers by imposing the Case brand.

Qualify service partners for their true resources and capabilities. Identify when a site has unique needs that may require various equipment allocations from SP. Manage sub-contractors within given geography.

Analyze root cause when there is a service complaint. Assist in hands on exterior maintenance operations. Become proficient in learning market rate pricing for exterior maintenance jobs, materials, fees, etc.

Interface with small business owners that specialize in construction, hardscaping, landscaping and excavation. Identify talent for Field Supervisor candidates and maximize their potential in both management and performance. Vet and quality new service partners, including resources and insurance coverage - when found by procurement.

Identify safety issues on sites and communicate opportunities for additional services to area director.
