We are looking for an organized, inquisitive and proactive
contract administrator to assist in managing the lifecycle of service contracts and supporting vendor activities.
This role is essential to ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, track contract status and expiration dates, and coordinate approvals across departments.
This role also involves maintaining accurate vendor records, monitoring compliance documents, and serving as a point of contact for vendor inquiries.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with tools like Excel and contract management systems are essential for success in this position
key responsibilities
contract management
  • coordinate with internal departments operations, construction and finance gather required information and documentation
  • prepare bid packages and support procurement processes by issuing RFQs
  • draft, review, and revise service contracts
  • maintain organized, permanent files of all contract documentation and correspondence.
  • ensure all contracts and purchase order agreements are properly executed and comply with internal policies
  • track contract status, monitor contract expiration dates and ensure timely renewals or terminations
  • administer contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, from execution to closeout or renewal.
compliance and risk management
  • approve and manage vendors
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • track expiration dates for contracts, certificates of insurance, and other vendor documents
