Job description

We are seeking experienced technicians to provide specialized commercial repair services in the following trades: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and General Repair. This is ongoing 1099 contract work for skilled professionals who can independently diagnose and complete a wide range of commercial repairs and facility maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Plumbing

  • Perform commercial plumbing repairs and address drainage issues

  • Execute leak detection and repair services

  • Manage fixture replacements including toilets, faucets, and valves

  • Conduct water heater troubleshooting and repair

Electrical

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial electrical problems

  • Install and run new lines and circuits

  • Replace breakers, outlets, and various lighting fixtures

  • Resolve complex power and electrical system issues

Handyman and General Repair

  • Complete professional drywall repair and painting

  • Perform minor carpentry and commercial door repairs

  • Replace ceiling tiles and various building fixtures

  • Execute general facility maintenance tasks and work orders

HVAC

  • Troubleshoot commercial RTUs and other specialized units

  • Repair or replace motors, belts, and thermostats

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

  • Diagnose heating and cooling system issues

Qualifications
