Job Description We are seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant III (Accessibility Tester) to join our team supporting the TD BASE EET ADA Compliance project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accessibility testing for web and mobile applications and a proven ability to identify, document, and drive remediation of issues to meet WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 standards. Responsibilities: Conduct accessibility testing on web and mobile applications using manual and automated methods. Review and interpret requirements based on WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 standards. Document and report accessibility issues with clear remediation recommendations. Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA teams to integrate accessibility throughout the lifecycle. Stay current with accessibility best practices, tools, and technologies. Participate in audits and provide feedback to improve processes. Assist in creating and maintaining accessibility documentation and guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in accessibility testing for web and/or mobile applications. Familiarity with accessibility standards: WCAG, ADA, and Section 508. Knowledge of assistive technologies such as screen readers and magnifiers. Hands-on experience with tools such as Axe, JAWS, NVDA, and WAVE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of findings and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Accessibility certifications such as IAAP CPACC or WAS. Experience conducting usability studies with people with disabilities. Knowledge of mobile accessibility guidelines for Android and iOS. Experience training or mentoring teams on accessibility best practices. Understanding of inclusive design principles.
