To excel as a Contract Video Game Tester, you need a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of game mechanics across different platforms. Familiarity with bug tracking software like JIRA, gameplay recording tools, and sometimes experience with QA certifications are also valuable.
