Job Title: RF Engineer

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated RF Design Engineer to support network design and regulatory activities across the market. In this role, you will contribute to RF design workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain design documentation, update Atoll, and support data auditing efforts. This position requires strong analytical capability, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support RF design activities, including regulatory filings, e-911 submissions, and design documentation review.
  • Perform data audits and assist with Atoll updates and modeling tasks.
  • Review design drawings and verify data accuracy for network planning inputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project timelines.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Technical degree or relevant technical background.
  • Strong foundation in RF engineering and/or traffic engineering.
  • Experience with GIS tools and spatial data analysis.
  • Programming and database skills (preferred for automation and data auditing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
