  • Define API contracts, authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, API Keys), and secrets management.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and application owners to meet compliance standards.
  • Instrument integrations with logging, tracing, and metrics for insights and reliability.

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting system, application, or data integrations in an enterprise or multi-system environment.
  • Hands-on exposure to APIs, integration patterns, and modern data exchange formats (REST, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with one or more integration approaches such as iPaaS, custom API development, middleware, or event-driven workflows.
  • Practical experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of integration fundamentals including authentication, error handling, retry logic, and basic monitoring.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving integration needs as the organization matures its integration capabilities.

Competencies
  • Experience with PowerApps or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
