In this position,you'llplay a key role in building and evolving the Engineering foundation that powers ourSAFe-based AgileScrum Teams.You'll:

  • Lead ourGovernance Technology and Enablement (GTE)teamsand collaborate across all our engineeringscrumteams, developers, and enterprise shared services

  • Mentor and grow engineeringassociates, fostering a pipeline of future technical and people leaders.

  • Drive engineering excellence& continuous improvement, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Serve as a key decision-maker in architectural reviews, technical governance, and engineering standards.

  • Ensure operational excellence and accountability for product health anddeliverymetrics.

  • 10+ years of hands-on IT Manager & applicable engineering experience

  • Ability to quickly learnnew technologiesand communicate complex concepts clearly

  • Experience collaborating across large, global organizations with a demonstrated drive for results

  • Proven ability to define and execute technology roadmaps that align with business goals and architectural standards.

  • Experience managing estimations and project budget tracking.
