Overview:
To support the sales engagement process, to implement and deliver Professional Services revenue for Xerox lines of business.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Professional Services that align with Xerox Strategies for Xerox Products, Software and Solutions (i.e., Implementation & Training)
  • Where required, liaise, and agree with 3rd Party providers to find innovative ways to integrate component software to provide a complete design for the customer requirements.
  • Proactively support the sales process providing customized demonstrations using customer's own data/applications to provide observable proof of the integration of workflow within the customer environment.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that all proposals have the correct proportion of support revenue specified. Also ensuring appropriate profitability and an ability to present the value proposition to the customer for all technical services and solutions, differentiating this from competitive offerings.
  • Define and manage the customer acceptance testing activity.
  • Ensure requirements are agreed and documented with appropriate success criteria.
  • Lead/project manage the technical implementation team (Xerox, 3rd Party and customer resources) to provide the agreed services to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Display a professional image in all interactions with customers to ensure that Xerox is perceived as the company of choice.

Background, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in networking concepts, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software functionality.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be able to travel 2+ hours
  • Must be able to pass Government Clearance application inquiries.
  • Industry certifications in security (e.g., Security+), networking (e.g., Network+ / CCNA), or printer deployment/management.
  • Additional experience in implementing and supporting secure and scalable IT environment.
