Schedule Night shift: 3x12 hours (20:00 - 08:30), with every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediary Care Registered Nurse (IMC RN) to provide exceptional care in a high acuity unit with low level ICU patients. This role requires experience in IMC/ICU due to the complexity of patient needs. First-time travelers with strong IMC/ICU experience are accepted. Responsibilities Deliver individualized patient care, adhering to high standards and protocols. Monitor patient status and respond to changing conditions in a timely manner. Administer medication and treatments as per physician orders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management. Float to ICU as needed and assist with lower acuity patients. Perform required technical skills including IV management, telemetry monitoring, and more. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC/ICU. Active RN license in Maryland or compact state. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI.
