We intend the Technical Writers to join our team in Houston, TX, Nashville, TN, or remotely for highly qualified candidates. This is a daytime position with potential hybrid work arrangements for employees in Houston or Nashville. • Independently own assigned documentation initiatives and proactively drive documentation progress with minimal oversight.
  • Operate within established documentation standards, governance practices, templates, taxonomy structures, and tooling strategies.
  • Contribute recommendations to improve documentation workflows, reusable content strategies, review processes, automation opportunities, and long-term maintainability.
  • Participate in collaborative review and validation processes to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, usability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of assigned systems, products, workflows, and how they integrate into broader TransCore solutions.
