GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position assists with customer and government contracts compliance, reporting, and forecasting. This role ensures contractual and regulatory adherence while contributing to strategic marketing, corporate branding, and stakeholder engagement for business development and corporate growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESContract & Compliance Management
  • Assists with government and commercial contracts, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Develop, track, and maintain contract documentation, cost budgets, and operational reports.
  • Oversee request for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and bid submissions, contributing to contract awards.
  • Monitor contract deliverables, milestones, and reporting obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams as required for contract management and risk mitigation.
Technical Writing & Documentation
  • Develop technical documents, proposals, reports and audit responses.
  • Manage the revision and maintenance of contract reports for compliance documentation.
Business Development & Strategic Support
  • Assist in developing corporate presentations, case studies, and select marketing materials for RFPs, RFIs, and business development initiatives.
  • Support business proposals, budget forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on contract negotiation strategies and compliance-driven business development efforts.
  • Analyze contract performance, identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements, and support leadership in optimizing procurement and partnership strategies.
Contract Intelligence & Strategic Support
  • Assist in analyzing contract performance, compliance tracking, and profitability insights for government and private contracts.
  • Collaborate with department heads on contract reporting, forecasts, and bid strategy insights.
  • Use machine learning to forecast campaign results, identify customer trends, and improve targeting.
Creative & Content Development Support
  • Assist in the production of video, photography, and digital materials for brand storytelling and recruitment.
  • Support in executing multimedia campaigns that align with corporate strategy and regulatory tone.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Prefer 5+ years of experience in proposal response, regulatory compliance.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Strong technical writing skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, safety management systems (SMS), and quality assurance programs, a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize contract processes, compliance tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in proposal writing, and RFP/RFI submissions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and contract management platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
