Auria is looking to hire a Systems Analyst to support the C2BMC program. This role is ONSITE in Huntsville, AL. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO: โ€ข Perform analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, scenario support, and behavior assessments of C2BMC software across development, ground tests, and operations โ€ข Use automated tools and apply manual techniques to analyze software capabilities and behaviors in an integrated environment โ€ข Coordinate with cross-functional teams โ€ข Functional teams and Subject Matter Experts collaborate to determine analytical methods, create scenarios, resolve anomalies, and provide actionable insights to customers and stakeholders WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES: โ€ข A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 5 years of experience; or a Masterโ€™s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree โ€ข Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start โ€ข Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs โ€ข Proven experience producing analytical reports on complex systems and algorithms (performance, behavior, and functionality) โ€ข Ability to use MATLAB or a comparable language (e.g., Python) for prototyping, data visualization, scripting, data manipulation, and parsing โ€ข Ability to use spreadsheets, databases, and Linux command-line tools for hands-on data analysis and verification โ€ข Experience with statistical methods, time-series analysis, and data visualization to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies โ€ข Excellent analytical abilities and the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to engineers, stakeholders, and customers โ€ข Knowledge of systems and software engineering processes, principles, and lifecycle stages โ€ข Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, combined with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly โ€ข Self-motivated and collaborative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can easily switch between high-priority tasks WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:  โ€ข Background in missile defense battle management, IR/RF sensor tracking, intercept engagements, space domain awareness, or command-and-control systems โ€ข Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and statistical methods for interpreting system trends, behaviors, and test results โ€ข Strong math/physics background: probability, statistics, linear algebra, spatial and timing reference frames โ€ข Experience working in Agile Scrum environments using JIRA and Confluence โ€ข Experience with automated analysis and assessment of software applications/systems โ€ข Ability to create analytical tools and parsers using MATLAB, Bash, Java, Python (or similar) โ€ข Experience with object-oriented programming, SQL queries, regular expressions, reading Java code, and using Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines โ€ข Ability to read and understand code in Java, C, or C++ PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidateโ€™s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $130,000 - $145,000 APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 5th, 2026 THE AURIA TEAM: Auria is a provider of solutions and software in support of complex Space, National Security, and Cyber missions of federal, international, and commercial customers.
