Job description

The Contract Compliance Coordinator provides administrative support to the VP of Contracts, & Contract negotiation team by reducing the administrative work, enabling the contract team to negotiate better and build relationships, leading to proper documentation of legal signed agreements. Building revenue through compliance reports.

This position will be hybrid 4x a week based out of our Suwanee, GA or Temecula, CA office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

  • Assist VP of contracting on building contract template
  • Update Expiring Soon Contract sheet
  • Gathering Shipper compliance reports
  • Auditing Shipper/Distributor compliance reports
  • Update Contract fee document Monthly for VI, MF & TX
  • Assist with uploading contract FOB in the back-office system (Back up)
  • Update EXPO/Travel calendar Share with other FA teams

About you:

  • Microsoft 360 Office: Excel, Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to audit contracts and compliance reports
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
