Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Superintendent to run projects from start to finish-taking control of field operations early and carrying them through closeout on $5M to $75M commercial builds. You will collaborate directly with our internal team of project managers, architects, and engineers to keep plans aligned with what gets built on site. You will coordinate assistant superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to keep schedules tight, budgets controlled, and sites safe.
Responsibilities
  • Build and run project plans: logistics, sequencing, workforce, and schedules.
  • Manage the master schedule and update weekly + maintain a 3-week lookahead.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades to hit milestones without delays.
  • Read and execute drawings, specs, and contracts without rework.
  • Solve field issues tied to sequencing, labor, and site constraints.
  • Run site operations: manpower, equipment, inspections, and permits.
  • Lead safety: daily walkthroughs, hazard identification, and compliance tracking.
  • Mentor superintendents and field teams.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years managing commercial construction projects ($5M+)
  • Experience running full project lifecycle (precon → closeout)
  • Knowledge of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood frame builds
  • Ability to manage multiple trades on active job sites.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to adjust plans quickly when site conditions change.
  • High integrity with sound ethical judgment
  • Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.
