Job description

Position Summary
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role serves as the subject matter expert for system configuration, reporting, security, and data integrity, ensuring the HRIS effectively supports business operations and compliance requirements.
Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm,
Location: Austin, TX OR Hillsboro, OR
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary administrator for Workday, including configuration, business processes, security roles, and system updates.

  • Maintain system integrity through audits, data validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR and leadership.

  • Manage user access and ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.

  • Support and maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, and other third-party vendors.

  • Partner with several departments and leadership to identify system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Lead or support HRIS-related projects, upgrades, and new feature implementations.

  • Provide technical support and training to internal users.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience.

  • 2+ years of direct Workday system administration experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and security administration.

  • Experience managing system integrations and data reporting.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
