Insights & Analytics seeks an Associate Project Manager, Strategy & Operations to join our team in support of Fox News Digital. This role is responsible for owning and scaling operational workflows, systems, and AI tools across a 250+ person digital newsroom.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage cross-functional operations, build scalable systems, and translate business needs into efficient, automated workflows. This role operates with some autonomy and serves as a central operator across Editorial, Ad Sales, Product, Finance, and HR, driving execution, improving efficiency, and supporting revenue-critical processes.

In this role, you will partner closely with Digital leadership and key stakeholders across FOX News Media to ensure operational excellence, system scalability, and alignment with business priorities.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a project owner across cross-functional initiatives, managing workflows, prioritization, and execution

  • Own Ad Sales campaign operations end-to-end, including intake, tracking, QA, pacing, and post-campaign reporting to ensure alignment with revenue goals

  • Design, build, and maintain Airtable systems, automations, and workflows (certified builder), including integrations with Slack, email, and other tools

  • Lead AI and automation initiatives, leveraging tools like AI to reduce manual work, improve output, and scale operations across 250+ employees

  • Develop and maintain scalable SOPs, intake forms, and workflow documentation to standardize processes across teams

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and cross-team collaboration

  • Partner with HR and leadership to manage open roles, maintain headcount tracking, and support hiring visibility and workforce planning

  • Manage stringer operations, including onboarding automations, invoice processing, issue resolution, and coordination with HR, Finance, and Accounts Payable

  • Partner with Finance on budget tracking, financial reporting, expense management, subscriptions, and annual planning support

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and system transitions

  • Support office operations and logistics, including sourcing field equipment, managing inventory, and coordinating workspace and operational needs

  • Lead and maintain onboarding systems and access provisioning, ensuring employees are set up quickly and efficiently

  • Serve as a central resource for systems troubleshooting, workflow support, and operational guidance across teams

  • Ensure operational continuity and execution during high-priority initiatives, breaking news cycles, and organizational changes

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability to independently manage projects and workflows in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong operational mindset with experience building systems and improving processes

  • Demonstrated experience with Airtable (automation, integrations, system design); certification preferred

  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CLaude, Cursor) to improve workflows and efficiency

  • Experience managing or supporting Ad Sales campaign workflows and revenue-aligned operations

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Editorial, Product, Finance, and HR

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

  • Strong communication skills, including working with cross-functional teams and leadership

  • High attention to detail with the ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven newsroom environment

Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
