Job description

SH&S Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance for Badger's client required databases, safety pre-qualifications and regulatory reporting to those client databases. This position will coordinate along with advising internal operations with OQ reporting and regulated training. Maintain all safety sensitive databases

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager's business plan.  
  • Maintains Clients SH&S Questionnaires (Databases).
  • Completes, submits and processing to client, SH&S and Management.
  • Coordinates Statistical data reports with DA, Safety and Contracts.
  • Submits annual COI (Proof of Insurance).
  • Coordinates with client database and contracts.
  • Receives and completes SH&S prequalification questionnaires to clients and works directly with management on client requirements.
  • Maintains and reports to regulatory agencies for required Quarterly statistical data reports (BLS, Ohio BWC, MSHA, FRA, WSIB, OSHA. 

What You'll Need for Success:

  • High School Diploma  
  • 3+ years of safety and administrative work experience
  • DOTOQ professional training
  • OSHA 30 Hour Supervisory training
  • DER certifications  
  • Incident Management Systems (programs).  
  • Ability to maintain strict confidential information.  
  • Problem solving with analytical skills and the ability to handle and resolve conflict.
  • Extremely organized to handle the numerous tasks associated with this position
  • Minimum one years' experience with DA and hold proper certifications
