Job description

  1. The Contractor shall assign a Senior Project Manager as part of the working team.
  2. Commitment:
  3. The Senior Project Manager shall be dedicated full-time to the project for the entire duration of the contract.
  4. Roles & Responsibilities:
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact at the working team level for all system-related needs.
  6. Ensure ongoing fulfillment of all contractual requirements under the direction of the Project Director and Account Manager.
  7. Act as an active lead within the working team, providing day-to-day coordination and oversight.
  8. Collaborate with the State agency core systems workgroup at regular intervals to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
  9. Conduct annual evaluations/check-ins with key State agency stakeholders.
  10. Qualifications:
  11. Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  12. Must have at least 2 years of experience in:
  13. Large-scale systems implementation
  14. Operational support and maintenance
  15. Delivering against contract requirements to ensure client success
  16. Must demonstrate experience in:
  17. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  18. Project communications and stakeholder coordination
  19. Should have experience in:
  20. Cannabis, marijuana, and/or FDA-regulated industries
  21. State government contracting
  22. Should have extensive experience in IT project management.
