Job description

Job Title: Business Professional - QA Specialist
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181
Contract: 6+ months (Possible Extension)
Business Unit - eChannels
Looking for a Spanish tester with primarily IVR experience, but will take web or mobile app, we are open to remote, but prefer local to Chicago metro. Office hours are 8 AM to 4 PM M-F, but there are a lot of after-hours and weekend support needed in this role.
Team Structure - We have a team size of 7 on UAT. We do acceptance testing and production business verification for IVR, web, and mobile app self-service
Current/future projects - Migrating to a new customer information system and need a Spanish tester while other Spanish-speaking resources roll off.
Day-to-day responsibilities - Creating and executing test cases. After hours and weekend support as necessary.
MUST HAVE:
Bilingual - Spanish and English
Software Testing - IVR, Web, and/or Mobile App
Test Case Creation
Defect Tracking
Cross-Team and Cross-Function Communication Skills
PREFERRED:
IVR
Azure Dev Ops
Implementation Support
Defect Review Leadership.
Education Level/Type - Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Computer, Math or related field. 2 years' work experience. Will consider higher work experience in lieu of degree
