All Weather Seal of West Michigan is looking for an experienced Revisit Sales Representative to meet with homeowners who have previously received an in-home consultation but haven't yet moved forward. These are pre-qualified appointments—no prospecting, cold calling, or lead generation required. If you're confident handling objections, building trust quickly, and closing high-ticket sales, this role offers unlimited earning potential backed by one of Michigan's most trusted home improvement companies.

What You'll Do

As a Revisit Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services but have not yet made a buying decision.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct scheduled follow-up appointments with qualified homeowners
  • Rebuild rapport and identify remaining customer concerns
  • Present customized home improvement solutions
  • Overcome objections using a consultative sales approach
  • Educate homeowners on product options, financing, and current promotions
  • Close high-value home improvement contracts
  • Accurately update CRM records and appointment outcomes
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently closing sales
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability for evenings and weekends as appointments require
