Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, and Microservices architecture.
  • Proven experience building and deploying scalable cloud-native enterprise applications.
  • Deep understanding of modern SDLC, Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI Tools and techniques to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering processes, enhance developer productivity, and drive innovation across the software lifecycle.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, value-driven technology solutions.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive solutions end-to-end, from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices using Java, Python, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Build secure RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and data-intensive solutions leveraging Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Deliver production-ready software following Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud engineering best practices.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of applications and services across design, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools and engineering practices to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate workflows, and enhance developer productivity.
  • Develop reusable AI-driven solutions to streamline engineering processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve engineering efficiency, automation, and software quality through AI adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
