Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Systems Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position is fully onsite.
Compensation: $53.00 - $63.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, maintaining, and implementing various systems within the organization to meet business needs. The Systems Analyst will review the effectiveness of existing systems, support current applications, and participate in new application initiatives to replace older applications with newer technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, maintain, and implement various systems to meet business needs and desired outcomes
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement
  • Support all current applications and participate in new application initiatives
  • Generate reports from various systems and provide analysis to identify business insights
  • Maintain a deep understanding of complex products, systems, and underlying business processes
  • Administer resources including integrations and toolsets that support system applications
  • Assist with the implementation of purchased software applications, including documenting requirements and process flows
  • Translate organizational needs into product backlogs, user stories, and requirements
  • Ensure quality and integrity of data from multiple sources
  • Utilize programming language/coding to define and implement system goals
  • Coordinate and link systems to increase compatibility and information sharing

Primary Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working collaboratively across all lines of business and departments
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen

  • Bachelor's degree
