MESO delivers mobile equipment service, fleet maintenance, and repair solutions to Construction, Oil & Gas, Utility, and Manufacturing Industries customers throughout the Southeast. Our success is built on responsiveness, accountability, and long-term customer relationships.
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to grow MESO's presence across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This is a field-driven, relationship-focused sales role for someone who thrives on face-to-face selling, regional travel, and building trust with customers who rely on their equipment every day.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow MESO's customer base across the Southeast
    • Identify and secure new business through cold outreach, jobsite visits, referrals, and industry networking
    • Serve as an active field presence, traveling throughout the region to meet customers and support sales initiatives
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and decision-makers
    • Lead contract discussions and close service agreements aligned with company growth goals
    • Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer satisfaction
    • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting
    • Represent MESO at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Five or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet services, mobile repair, construction equipment, diesel service, or related industries
    • Proven ability to develop new business and manage a multi-state sales territory
    • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and frontline operations teams
    • Willingness to travel approximately 75 percent across NC, SC, GA, and FL
    • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance
