About the Role:

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing and production equipment by performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This position requires a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions that minimize downtime. Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions using appropriate testing devices and tools, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and equipment status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance activities.
